We are seeking a Business Development Associate to work with our Client in the United States.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads to support the company's sales pipeline.

This role involves utilizing AI tools and online resources to research companies and decision-makers, verify contact details, and organize data into spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize AI tools and databases to find target prospects
  • Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling teams to prioritize and refine lead targets
  • Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of one 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry role, lead generation
  • Background in using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms
  • Experience in utilizing tools such as G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) with basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills
