About the Role:
  • Manage spatial data with expertise in CAD / CAFM administration, space and occupancy data analytics, and space utilization measurement.
  • Ensure client space data standards compliance and establish a consistent data governance model.
  • Promote linkage between space management platform and industry best practices; introduce innovation to clients.
  • Hold expertise in CAD/CAFM and methodologies used for allocation deliverables.
  • Support peer teams as needed for space, occupancy, and/or utilization data.

The Spatial Data Manager (SDM) will be responsible for day-to-day functionality of the Space Management tool including data integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data, and reporting (regular or ad hoc) for a client portfolio or set of buildings.

A key aspect is providing expert guidance and support for smooth operation of the Space Management tool. This includes troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working with clients. They will also have a deep understanding of spatial data management principles, CAD/CAFM systems, and relevant software applications.
