Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at the prestigious Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan.
- Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef, this position is responsible for leading the pastry team in creating exceptional desserts and pastries that exceed customer expectations.
About the Role:
- This role involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality cakes, pies, and other desserts, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
- They will also lead by example, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging employees to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pastry team in preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and pastries.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and control costs, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Select, orient, and train qualified employees to ensure seamless team operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Salary Estimate: PHP 120,000 - 180,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
