About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Filinvest Group, you will play a crucial role in implementing the company's digital initiatives and promoting its resorts and restaurants through various online channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media handles, and developing marketing campaigns to increase followers and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Social Media Management: Establish and manage all social media handles of the resort and the restaurants, create content that aligns with brand guidelines, develop social media campaigns to increase followers and engagement, and assist in implementing the F&B marketing plan on social channels.
  • Restaurant Promotion: Assist in planning and executing restaurant promotions to achieve target revenue and covers, liaise with DoFB, F&B Asst. Promotions Manager, Chefs, and Restaurant Managers to implement marketing calendars, create human interest activities and programs to promote restaurants, and communicate all F&B marketing initiatives and promotions in a timely manner.
  • Digital and Brand Reputation: Maintain up-to-date information for all resort and restaurant online profiles, maintain a portfolio and digital assets library, manage social listening tools to control and manage online reputation, and maintain a strong brand presence by aligning all brand profiles to brand guidelines.
  • Brand Partnership: Assist in establishing beneficial partnerships to elevate brand experience, establish collaborations, tie-ups, and partnerships, create a database of third-party merchants and brands with potential partnership opportunities, and establish relationships with event organizers, producers, and suppliers for potential business and event collaboration.
  • Administration: Prepare monthly initiative reports and social media analytics reports, maintain an up-to-date database of network contacts, establish and maintain a database for email marketing for F&B promos and events, monitor competitor promotions and offers, and maintain documentation of all programs, promotions, and events.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools.
