As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by making effective sales presentations in a venue setting, maintaining high standards of service quality, and attracting and converting leads shared by the organization.
Purpose and Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets by generating business through leads shared by the organization. The responsibilities include:
- Converting leads into sales and growing existing accounts to meet sales and profitability goals established by the Direct-Sales Management.
- Visiting potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Maintaining an accurate database of target customers, current customers, and future customers.
- Ensuring that business targets are met on a monthly basis.
