Senior Accounting Leadership Position

We are seeking a strategic accounting professional to lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for a fast-paced organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/accounts receivable, inventory, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
  • Maintain compliance with local tax regulations, ensure accuracy in reporting and external audit standards.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard organisational assets and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to the accounting team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a dynamic sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
