Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic finance leader to lead our finance department.

This role is critical in ensuring the company's financial health, optimizing capital flows, and positioning the business for long-term growth in the fast-evolving fintech industry.

The ideal candidate is a strong financial operator who can anticipate challenges, move capital efficiently across jurisdictions, and provide clear recommendations that enable the CEO and Board to make informed strategic decisions.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth and expansion goals.
  • Oversee treasury management, capital allocation, and liquidity planning — ensuring funds are efficiently and securely deployed.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to support scalability and resilience.
  • Provide proactive financial insights and scenario planning to advise the CEO and leadership team.
  • Establish robust internal controls and compliance frameworks tailored to the regulatory landscape of digital assets and financial services.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, banking partners, auditors, regulators, and key external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and processes to support a data-driven culture.
