Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team.

About the Role

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of various business units, introducing appropriate financial systems, processes, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic objectives.
  • Oversee provisioning of financial management services, management accounting, and budget management services.
  • Manage resources (people, finance, and assets).
  • Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and embed risk, compliance, and audit practices in Division's processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7), CA(SA) qualification required.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in financial management and administration environment with 5 years' experience in Senior Management role.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in financial management, budgeting, revenue management, working capital, and cash flow management.
  • Extensive knowledge of GRAP, PFMA, and Treasury Regulations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Governance Systems (King IV report) and Risk Management.
