We are seeking a highly skilled and well-seasoned Lead Generation Specialist to support our outreach and appointment-setting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms

  • Craft and send targeted email blasts and follow-ups

  • Set appointments with potential clients or stakeholders via email or LinkedIn

  • Conduct research to collect relevant data and contact information for outreach

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and appointment status

  • Collaborate with internal team members to align lead generation strategies with overall goals

  • Adapt messaging for different industries, especially in political/government and real estate sectors

Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting

  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, email marketing platforms, etc.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Ability to independently research and gather accurate data

  • Experience engaging with political/government officials is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with real estate and urban planning industries is an advantage

  • Self-motivated and results-driven
