Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor

This is a challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience, including working with U.S.-based clients, leading business development initiatives, and managing or mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Ensure customer relationship management (CRM) systems are updated and accurate, with a focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to provide insights for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness.
