Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively under multiple concurrent deadlines.

Responsibilities include processing high-volume client orders on time accurately, ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards.

  • Process and audit accounting outputs (client invoices, vendor bills, revenue reports, gross margins, etc.) to ensure precision, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to data accuracy and completeness across all accounting and client-related documentation.
  • Escalate issues and concerns with urgency and clarity to minimize delays and risks proactively.
  • Meet tight deadlines consistently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Accounting and Client Strategy teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
