Account Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Account Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and resolving outstanding balances in a professional and respectful manner.

As an Account Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers via phone and email to negotiate payment arrangements and settlements. You will also update account information and payment statuses, follow up on broken promises and missed payments, and maintain detailed records of all collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.
