Strategic Product Developer

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development from conception to delivery.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with our business objectives and fosters innovation. You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to synchronize product strategy with overall business goals.
- Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Leveraging customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
- Pitching and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
- Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on evolving requirements.
- Enhancing the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
- Mentoring other team members to develop their product management skills.

- Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
- Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
- Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
- High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
