Product Development Specialist

A Product Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in guiding product development from inception to completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they ensure the product aligns with organizational objectives while fostering innovation and success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Aligning product strategy with business goals through collaboration with stakeholders and Engineering.
  • Maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyzing user data and customer feedback to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Presenting product development ideas to stakeholders and keeping them informed of progress.
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to define requirements clearly.
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog based on changing requirements.
  • Planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Cultivating expertise among team members through coaching and mentoring.
  • Evaluating product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar roles).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in developing software applications or improving existing ones.
  • Proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.
