Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, supplier management, and financial analysis.

The role involves ensuring a smooth product development lifecycle, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and analyzing financial data to ensure profitable partnerships. You will work closely with our product development team to source new suppliers, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Conduct financial analyses for new and ongoing products using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand product requirements and ensure activities align with product development timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and source new suppliers to meet business needs.
  • Manage timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all new products launched per season.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in product development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial analysis and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
