Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree and demonstrates a strong aptitude for financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate General Ledger records
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports and statements
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Lead or assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Manage accruals and prepayments for expenses incurred but not yet paid
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary information and support
  • Conduct variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Accounting degree
  • Experience with General Ledgers
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
