Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Gartner is seeking an experienced FP&A analyst to provide research and advisory services to global clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leveraging technology to enhance financial planning processes.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned analysts to develop authoritative research and advice on FP&A processes and technologies.
  • Deliver high-quality advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients.
  • Stay ahead of developments and issues across financial planning technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning Expertise: Provide strategic guidance to CFOs and FP&A leaders on leveraging financial planning technologies to address key challenges.
  2. Research and Advisory Services: Conduct in-depth research to deliver high-quality advice to clients on FP&A best practices and emerging trends.
  3. Clients and Stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience leading FP&A teams in large multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors and technologies associated with financial planning processes, data analysis/modelling.
  • Experience in integrating financial planning process with operational and business strategic plans.
  • Established track record serving as a strategic partner/trusted advisor to the CFO.
