Financial Professional Needed

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Expert to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledger, including transfers and reconciliations.
  • Process vendor/customer invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions, including sales revenue and payments.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, adjusting entries, and journal entries.
  • Create amortization schedules and maintain tax data collection systems.
  • Audit financial activities for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, preferably in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Proficiency in automated financial reporting systems (QuickBooks, Sage 50, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
