Business Analyst Role

We seek a detail-oriented Business Analyst to perform comprehensive research and analysis, create detailed financial models, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop complex financial models to forecast future business outcomes
  • Support small-scale projects and ad-hoc analysis and reporting for business initiatives
  • Generate accurate forecasts and analyze trends for financial planning
  • Create clear, concise financial reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency of financial data
  • Communicate effectively with managers and partners and provide exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • Ability to assemble and present information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Able to solve problems using a structured approach
  • Attentive to detail, maintain standards, and verify data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance with at least two years of relevant experience
  • CFA and/or CPA certification preferred but not required
