About This Role:
As a customer support specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via various channels in a professional and friendly manner.
- You will handle customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support to our customers.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently, and have at least one year of experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
