Job Description:

  • As a highly skilled and organized professional, you will play a crucial role in launching new projects that include coordination and management of tutors, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.
  • Actively support regional operations by working closely with team members to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional academic services to students and their families through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and monitor students' academic progress.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Relish building relationships with students and their families to foster an environment of open communication and positive conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to create SOPs with excellence and exhibit professional demeanor.
  • Time management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Effective communications both in virtual environments and proficiency in using all communication media including in person, phone, and video.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or with team members.
  • Works well with others and exhibits learning agility to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Able to acquire new skills as required and engage, manage, and grow virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years progressive career growth, experience working in a virtual operations and team environment, bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
