Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity to lead our finance team in Angeles City, PH. We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented leader with a CPA designation to guide the finance team and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a proven track record in financial management. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making and work closely with business units to ensure alignment between financial goals and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the finance team.
  • Allocate responsibilities and set clear objectives to ensure the team's success.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a finance team.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
