Your Role, Your Impact
  • Lead the assigned Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) to bring residential units to Full Acceptance status.
  • Assist the Project Management Assistant Manager/Project Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project.
  • Prepare necessary reports with regard to the status of residential units as frequently required.
  • Report to: Project Management Senior Manager/Project Management Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Timely turn-over of residential units to BTG with a target average of four FA units per work day.
  2. Assist the Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager in the documentary close-out of the project, including review, consolidation, and submission of close-out documents to GPMC and Head Office.
  3. Conduct project site walk-through and site inspection under the supervision of Assistant Project Management Manager/Project Management Manager/Project Management Senior Project Manager.
  4. Promote accident-free and environment-friendly workplaces by implementing and monitoring health and safety objectives, targets, and programs.
  5. Implement and monitor environmental protection objectives, targets, and programs while promoting compliance to applicable statutory and legal laws and requirements.
  6. Resolve issues raised by SAP/CRM coordinators related to turn-over to BTG & CRM.

We look for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field from a reputable institution and have a valid PRC license or its equivalent.
