Job Title:

Chief Financial Supervisor

Job Summary

This is a supervisory position responsible for ensuring quality people management and excellent client service within the Client Services Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise team members' performance and behavior to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing processes migrated from clients to our company.
  • Participate in onboarding new clients, migration of accounting records, and transition of accounting responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • College graduate with a degree in Bachelor Science in Accountancy or any Accounting degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related/relevant field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in various accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online and MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle critical and confidential documents.
Required Skills
  • Effective people management skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and proper recording of financial and/or regulatory transactions.
  • Adept in general ledger accounts and dictionaries.
  • Extensive experience in accounting functions, e.g., bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and accounts payable monitoring, bookkeeping functions, financial statements, schedule preparation, as well as auditing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure understanding of the scope of work based on the client arrangement letter.
  • Coordinate with team leaders and other team members to properly manage workload distribution.
  • Develop and manage processes to ensure quality of reviewed accounting and document management processes performed by the Document Management Team.
  • Prepare detailed process documentation and facilitate transfer of information as well as transition of processes to new team members.
