Job Overview

This is a pivotal people management role within our revenue operations organization. As the EDO Manager, you will report to the Sr. Manager, EDO APAC.

The primary responsibility of this position is to spearhead the Global App Commercial Desk strategy and vision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the App Commercial Desk.
  • Oversee daily team activity and performance as a hands-on leader.
  • Maintain high-performing teams by ensuring specialists achieve and exceed internal KPIs.
  • Serve as the central point of contact supporting Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners with app inquiries during the sales cycle.
  • Establish metrics to analyze internal efficiency, including SLAs and support volumes.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Enterprise Deal Management, Marketplace Operations, Ecosystems, and other groups, to support the sales process.
  • Promote partnerships between content managers, business process analysts, and other stakeholders to create and maintain process documentation.
  • Effectively handle internal escalations and expedite problem resolution in a timely manner.
  • Provide operational reporting and deliver executive updates.
  • Orient new team members through training and onboarding processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of related processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts on projects to identify repeatable data entry processes suitable for automation.
