We are seeking a seasoned manager to lead our App Commercial Desk team, responsible for executing operational processes in support of our global sales organization as a shared service.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the App Commercial Desk strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day team activity and performance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure the team achieves and exceeds internal KPIs, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners, providing expert guidance and support during the sales cycle.
  • Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze internal efficiency, including SLAs and support volumes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including Enterprise Deal Management, Marketplace Operations, Ecosystems, and others, to support the sales cycle.
  • Partner with content managers and business process analysts to create and maintain process documentation for the App Commercial Desk.
  • Handle internal escalations promptly and expedite problem resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain operational reporting and deliver executive updates, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Train and onboard new App Desk Sales Specialists, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
  • Drive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Business Systems Analysts on projects to identify repeatable data entry processes suitable for automation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a distributed or remote environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
