Junior Business Analyst Role Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Junior Business Analyst to join our organization and contribute to the success of our projects.

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating process flows and business models, performing data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
  • Assist in developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
