Case Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Case Intake Specialist to join our team. As a Case Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing case conversions through a voice-based intake system.

Your primary focus will be on outbound calls, but you may also handle inbound calls as needed. You will guide potential clients through the intake process, accurately capturing case details, and adhere to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.

You will consistently meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls to follow up on leads, handling inbound calls as needed, accurately capturing and updating client information using CRM tools, managing rejections professionally, and escalating qualified leads efficiently.

You will provide clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers, or missed targets. You will participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback proactively. You will maintain transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.

Requirements:
  • A law graduate, paralegal, or candidate with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers is welcome.
  • A strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
  • Must be able to operate with consistent internet connection and functional equipment (headset, PC).
About the Role:

This role primarily focuses on outbound calls, but may also involve handling inbound calls as needed. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
