Improvement Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to drive Kaizen implementation across our site, enhancing key factory metrics on safety, quality, output reliability, and OEE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Autonomous Maintenance Kaizens, CILT calendars, and other initiatives to improve site performance.
  • Support day-to-day Factory Operations in investigating Emergency Work Orders, Q-Emergency Work Orders, and S-Emergency Work Orders.
  • Analyze Non-Value Adding Activities to reduce waste across the site.
  • Lead Time-Studies for Kaizen implementation.
  • Operate new Digital Tools on-site for FI implementation, including 3D Printers, Digital Scopes, High-Speed Cameras, Vibration Meters, and Real-time Dashboards.
  • Support Waste Stream mapping and implement projects for waste reduction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in the same function and industry.
  • Strong technical understanding and analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Experience in Supply Chain operations.
  • Manufacturing and/or Engineering experience.
  • Proven analytical thinking and project management skills.
