Supply Chain Analytics Role

The ideal candidate for this position will leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process mining tools to drive strategic supply chain initiatives. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain predictive models using tools like Power BI, SAP Cloud Analytics, and Celonis.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support digital transformation efforts within Grace's global supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain leaders to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, Supply Chain, or Analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Technical skills in process mining and execution management software.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Celonis or SAP Cloud Analytics.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Supply Chain certification or training.
Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid; 4x a week remote work option available.
  • Night shift (North America hours) may be required.
