Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, recommend, and present effective solutions or system enhancements that align with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Support the implementation, testing, and validation of new processes, systems, or enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and analysis to ensure solutions continue to meet business needs.
