What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance, streamline operations, and drive efficiency. Working cross-functionally with teams including operations, finance, and management, the Business Analyst ensures accurate reporting, process optimisation, and continuous improvement through the effective use of data.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret business and operational data to support planning and decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for various business functions.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and develop data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support financial and operational reporting by automating data extraction and analysis processes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data across systems and platforms.
• Recommend new systems, tools, and processes to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Provide clear and concise insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Successful candidates must have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a relatedfield.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience with ERP systems and business analytics software.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable format.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or the Pharmaceutical Over-the-Counter (OTC) industry is highly valued, given the fast-paced, high-volume, and consumer-driven nature of these markets.

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work On-Site
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
