Data Analyst

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Analyst. As a key member of our Global Business Solutions (GBS) Remote Business Services team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering Intercompany Agreements (ICAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across our entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with our Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct, as well as all applicable health, safety, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate the creation and/or update of ICAs for GBS Remote Business Support services.
  • Develop new SLAs for each line of business and/or Strategic Business Unit (SBU) in each country using RBS.
  • Conduct annual reviews and updates of all ICAs and SLAs, or as needed when services are added or removed.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments and operations globally to drive execution of ICAs and SLAs accordingly.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date ICA and SLA documentation on the team's shared access platforms.
  • Support the development and review of related protocols, assessments, procedures, and technologies.
  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service to internal clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or administrative roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.
