Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Workforce Supervisor or Manager based in Cebu. The Workforce Supervisor/Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient utilization of staff, monitor performance metrics, and implement workforce strategies. Key responsibilities include scheduling, real-time monitoring, managing attendance, and optimizing staffing levels to meet service level agreements. Collaboration with other departments to forecast volume and allocate resources effectively is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Workforce management skills: Scheduling, real-time monitoring, attendance management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Performance metrics analysis, forecasting, staff optimization
  • Team management skills: Leadership, collaboration, ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the BPO industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
