Job Summary

This role involves working with our team to deliver high-quality AV systems across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement control system code and graphic screen layouts based on engineering designs and customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot new and legacy systems, hardware cabling, and components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Integrate third-party hardware/software solutions as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans to accommodate changing needs and ensure timely completion.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documents and design history files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, manufacturers, and vendors to resolve issues and meet project milestones.
  • Install, test, and support control systems, both on-site and remotely, with possible travel required.
  • Deliver projects efficiently, managing communication, schedule, source control, and documentation effectively.
  • Regularly report project status to management and contribute to the development of company standards and methodology.
  • Assist with the installation of structured cabling, including cat5e/6, video, RGB, HDMI, DVI, and audio cables, as needed.
  • Support the installation of AV control system equipment, including audio and video conferencing equipment, distributed audio, digital signage, sound reinforcement, and presentation systems.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting project success and ensure timely completion of project deliverables and milestones.
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products, including testing and training clients on system use.
  • Coordinate with property owners and OEMs to process RMA issues and assist technicians with onsite training.
  • Follow safety guidelines and perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
