Systems and Process Improvement Professional

This is a challenging role where you will be in charge of reviewing and developing systems that contribute to store quality, service, cleanliness, hospitality, and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve systems to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Leverage expertise to roll out new operating systems, ensuring seamless implementation and effective results.
  • Enhance process documentation, control planning, re-engineering, and analysis to drive business growth.
  • Analyze store Profit & Loss statements to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights.
  • Maintain controlled manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related fields, preferably in Restaurant Store Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
