Job Summary

The Systems Implementation Associate is a pivotal role within the Systems Innovation Team, designed to bridge the gap between technology and frontline operations. This position is responsible for supporting the rollout and ongoing adoption of platforms across our franchise network. By translating policies, procedures, and platform design into actionable steps for franchisees and store crews, the Systems Implementation Associate ensures that every location is equipped to leverage our cutting-edge app and portals for operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and superior customer experiences.

As a key contributor to organizational change, the Systems Implementation Associate delivers value by supporting compliance initiatives, fostering user engagement, and providing hands-on assistance throughout the implementation journey. Working closely with the Training department, Sales Operations, IT, and franchise partners, this role assists with onboarding programs, helps monitor adoption metrics, troubleshoots technical issues, and gathers critical feedback from the field. The insights and recommendations generated by the Systems Implementation Associate contribute to both operational execution and future enhancements to our systems and policies—making this position essential to our culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the Systems Innovation Team and Operations Team to facilitate the seamless implementation of the platforms across the franchise network.
• Support the onboarding process for franchisees and store crew during the rollout and launches of new versions, collaborating closely with the Training department to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective use of the platform (apps, portals, etc.)
• Assist in monitoring store compliance with established policies, procedures, and usage guidelines related to the platform, participating in regular audits and providing corrective guidance as needed.
• Provide first-line after-sales support by addressing technical issues, troubleshooting app-related problems, and coordinating with Sales Operations for timely resolution.
• Collect, document, and help analyze user feedback from franchisees and crew to identify pain points, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced platform adoption.
• Help synthesize data and insights from field operations to contribute to actionable recommendations for both Operations and Systems Innovation.
• Assist in monitoring adoption metrics and tracking implementation milestones, supporting efforts to meet project timelines in accordance with organizational objectives.
• Contribute to regular progress reports on implementation status, challenges encountered, and solutions deployed to System Innovation Team leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Training, Sales Operations, and IT - to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and support requirements.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices in platform implementation, sharing learnings across teams, and contributing to ongoing enhancements of platform usage throughout the network.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates. 1 year experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities for diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Training, IT, Sales Operations, and field operations.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to franchise locations as needed for onsite support and training.
• Certifications related to project management or change management are considered an advantage.
