Job Summary

Assist the Recruitment team in supporting the day-to-day recruitment process and ensure complete documentation. Conduct sourcing and initial screening of applicants, ensuring timely encoding into the database.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Recruitment team with administrative tasks and manage schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal and external contacts, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Conduct job fairs and off-site recruitment initiatives, undertaking tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resources Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment in a call center environment would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
