
Senior Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to partners and internal users, helping them resolve challenges and maximize their experience with our proprietary software.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant support experience, preferably in a SaaS company, and possess strong verbal and written English communication skills. They will also have proficiency in both Microsoft and Google applications, as well as basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
