Operations Manager

">Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled operations professional to join our team. As an operations manager, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining various aspects of our e-commerce operations.

This includes leading and coordinating efforts across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues within Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations or e-commerce management, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
  • E-commerce Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of e-commerce software and troubleshoot technical and strategic issues within Shopify, Etsy, and associated apps.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
  • Customer Experience: Utilize platforms like Gorgias to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand.
  • Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and create high-performing landing pages.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes and proactively manage inventory and operational workflows.
  • Team Development & Collaboration: Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and cheerfulness within the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least one year of success in operations or e-commerce management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Quick learner who is adaptable to new platforms.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, and their ecosystem.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of social media native platform features and analytics.
  • Experience managing social media shops (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Collaboration with developer teams and clear communication of technical needs.
