Treasury Operations Role

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Treasury operations. You will be working closely with the Global Treasury team to ensure that all Treasury settlements, payments, and reporting are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Treasury operations and possess strong analytical skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Treasury processes are documented and maintained in an accessible format
  • Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislations, industry codes, and company policies
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Process all foreign exchange deals, money market deals, and interest rate swaps
  • Receive and process all expected bank files
  • Process all Treasury payments accurately and within relevant cut-off times
  • Investigate and resolve any failed settlements, account statement transmissions, and account balance variances and discrepancies
  • Maintain reconciliation of all Treasury initiated cash flows and bank account balances
  • Manage daily cash flow, including same day liquidity management and cash positioning
  • Provide daily risk reporting and escalation
  • Update banking authorities for Treasury and Finance staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2-3 years relevant experience

  • Proficiency in MS tools
