Treasury Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in treasury operations and banking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, performing bank reconciliations, monitoring cash balances, and providing administrative assistance to the finance team.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. The ideal candidate will have experience in treasury operations, banking, or finance administration.

Responsibilities
  • Record all financial transactions accurately, verifying completeness and correctness of supporting documentation.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and investigating discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
  • Monitor cash balances across various accounts and currencies, assisting in optimizing cash flow.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or finance administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
