Treasury Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treasury Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of payment processes and treasury functions
  • Respond promptly to queries and ensure all items are actioned accordingly
  • Communicate relevant information to colleagues within the team
  • Ensure accurate retention of customer information within pertinent files
  • Complete tasks efficiently and effectively, escalating outstanding items to management as necessary
  • Provide support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners regarding incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information
  • Organize treasury meetings, set agendas, and circulate minutes
  • Maintain effective communication between the treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks on ad hoc treasury and reporting projects
  • E nsure compliance with anti-money laundering policies and procedures, as well as the company's internal controls and policies pertaining to money transfer services

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized, and accurate
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues
  • Treat company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity
  • Fluent in English, with practical examples
  • Experience working in a Customer Service/Business Role
  • Understanding of regulatory environments pertaining to money transmission businesses in Ireland to ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
