Job Overview

The Treasury Manager role encompasses overseeing the management of accounts receivable and reconciliation staff, providing strategic guidance and administering payroll.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing general ledger reconciliations for the Treasury department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Conducting regular Balance Sheet reviews to ensure financial integrity
  • Managing client payment posting duties, including posting, balancing, and general ledger entries
  • Communicating with stakeholders regarding payment status
  • Maintaining client data, processing corrections, and preparing AR Statements
  • Managing weekly or monthly Aging and Borrowing Base Calculations
  • Ensuring compliance with established deadlines, controls, and SOPs
  • Leading client and state Treasury audits and preparing Licensing and Bond calculations for annual renewals
  • Providing GL mapping and ensuring accuracy for transactions processed through various systems
  • Preparing and/or approving journal entries

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
