Job Title: Treasury Management Specialist

The role involves overseeing various treasury functions including global bank account management, administration of the treasury management system, and daily cash handling. Key responsibilities include monitoring daily cash positions, reconciling variances between treasury transactions and statements, managing exceptions in the Treasury Management System, and resolving issues with banks and vendors.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in treasury management within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cash Position Monitoring: Tracking daily cash positions and reconciling variances between treasury transactions and statements.
  • Exception Management: Managing exceptions in the Treasury Management System and resolving issues with banks and vendors.
  • Data Integrity: Ensuring data integrity in the Treasury Management System and assisting users with payment troubleshooting.
  • Bank Account Administration: Maintaining and administering bank accounts across multiple platforms, user setup, and new account onboarding.
  • Global Cash Position Reporting: Assisting with global cash position reporting and analysis.
  • Treasury Payments: Executing treasury payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Foreign Exchange Trade Confirmations: Assisting with foreign exchange trade confirmations.
  • Credit Card Administration: Administering credit card programs and users.
  • Treasury Requests and Queries: Resolving treasury requests and queries through Service Now.
  • Cash Management Support: Covering essential treasury and cash management issues for markets in non-European time zones.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent written and spoken English (C1) skills.
  • Qualifications: A recognized bachelor's degree or Treasury Qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years' experience in treasury or finance, preferably in a large multinational organization.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in multicurrency bank accounts management and strong IT and Excel skills.
