
Proposal Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Development Manager to lead the development of compelling sales proposals and presentations. In this critical role, you will drive the pursuit of new business opportunities by analyzing requests for proposals, contributing to bid strategy, and delivering high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals
- Assess proposal requirements and resource needs to determine project timelines and schedules
- Develop close working relationships with stakeholders to generate proposals, including document preparation, team coordination, writing, editing, proofreading, compliance, and quality control
- Help define win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other proposal content
- Manage and communicate proposal development and production schedules, keeping stakeholders informed of changes as they occur
- 3-5 years of experience leading proposal response processes, preferably in BPO
- Experience collaborating with, coordinating, and leading remote teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills
- Strong industry knowledge – a deep understanding of the contact center world
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with responsive (bid management application) is a plus but not required
