Global Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of our global programs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and propose corrective action plans to mitigate client health risk drivers.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive long-term customer value.
  • Plan and execute high-impact initiatives to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess operational risks and leverage expertise to develop and implement corrective actions globally.
  • Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Act as a client champion and facilitate timely resolution of client issues.
  • Lead expansion and efficiency projects, including change requests.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of knowledge assets to promote repeatability and rapid adoption of best practices.
About You:
  • You have proficient experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders, driven by data insights.
  • You are self-motivated with a strong vision-setting, strategic problem-solving, and action-driving mindset.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • You have at least 5-7 years of related experience in sales, presales, or sales training.
