We are looking for a seasoned Game Development Lead to oversee the creation of engaging and immersive gaming experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative game designs, pitching ideas to stakeholders, and working closely with designers to create new content.

As a Game Development Lead, you will be responsible for providing feedback to level design teams, revising levels, and tuning them based on analytics. You will also work with a team of level designers to build levels for multiple games and game modes, and design obstacles and game features with the design team.

Requirements
  • At least 1+ year of experience as a Level Designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or f2p games. Must have shipped at least 1 game.
  • Experience in Unity 3D is required.
  • Experience in developing games across all platforms — mobile, console, and PC.
  • Extensive understanding of f2p/casual level design.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work well independently and collaboratively.
Benefits
  • This is a full-time role with a regular schedule from Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
  • Location is Work From Home, but must be available for meetings in Pasig/Makati/BGC area when needed.
  • Must be willing to accept Face-to-Face work when needed.
