As a seasoned QA Automation Lead, you will spearhead the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our digital products. You will mentor QA engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
