Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role involves ensuring the quality of our products and services, developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of our quality assurance processes.
- Design and execute quality assurance tests and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Document test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare and communicate quality assurance reports, metrics, and analysis to stakeholders.
- Identify and report quality issues, deviations, and non-compliance incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality assurance data, trends, and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to our quality assurance processes.
